The fast-food chain has been remodeling existing restaurants to its "Blaze" concept, featuring contemporary design elements and celebrating Texas heritage. Over 100 restaurants have already been remodeled, resulting in increased sales and traffic. An additional 400 remodels are planned in the US within the next three years. Church’s is also launching a new compact footprint design this year. With a focus on new market openings and investments in various areas, Church’s aims to continue its transformation trajectory.
