One Group to Acquire Safflower Holdings Corp. One Group Hospitality Inc., owner of STK and Kona Grill, will purchase Safflower Holdings Corp, parent to Benihana and RA Sushi, in a $365 million deal. This acquisition is aimed to strengthen their restaurant portfolio, adding $575 million in annual revenue and $70 million in earnings. The deal, financed through equity and new loans, is set to close by the end of the second quarter. (Read More)
