This comes after a judge dismissed his first bankruptcy case due to his failure to respond to court orders. The second filing follows a court order for Boston Market to pay $11.9 million to US Foods. Pandya's bankruptcy filings list $10-$50 million in liabilities and assets, with under 50 creditors. Despite typically having a 180-day wait period, dismissed cases can be filed again immediately.
